       In the Star Factory, stars representing people's hopes are hung on the clouds to be sent out to the outside world. Officer Cat 'JimJeaw' pulls the rusted stars, the result of over-achieving hopes and unfulfilled dreams, out of the clouds and throws them down below, leaving only the bright stars. Because fading hope brings sadness and wastes time. While throwing the stars, he notices that suddenly, many rusty stars flew back to the cloud. Officer Cat hurries down to the point where the stars have shot up and encounters Escatgot who is tossing the stars back into the clouds. Escatgot and Officer Chasing each other in chaos, they both fall to the lowest floor of the factory. The stars are tossed around until their rust falls off, revealing a surface that gradually brightens when it touches the clouds. Officer Cat is about to deal with Escatgot, but the light from above catches his attention. When he looks up, he sees the image of hundreds of stars shining brightly. Officer Cat is stunned by the sight and realizes that the hope that has been stimulated, cultivated, pondered, tried and tested, or waited for the right time. Even a glimmer of hope can be a possibility, or it can teach the hope holder something to take with them. Therefore, it's not right to destroy the hopes of others. In the end, Officer Cat changed his mind, threw the rusty star back into the clouds, and became friends with Escatgot.
